My third post.
My third post: Is moral or emotional stability more important?
What is emotional stability?
"According to the website Cultivating Emotional Stability: Simply put, emotional stability is an individual’s ability to stay level headed in stressful situations. It is possible to assist persons with disabilities in developing".
What is moral?
According Piscology Today: "Our results show that we consider moral traits so important in others, in part, because a person's morality can benefit us in some way. Moral traits have social value. ... From an adaptive perspective, moral traits signal to us whether we should approach or avoid and whether we should affiliate with that person".
As you can see, each has different importance, but as such relevant. So neither is superimposed on the other, individually they are essential for a different field, but with the same objective: personal, social, or professional stability.
That is why it is important to have good morals and be emotionally stable, I would say that they go hand in hand, being so important separately and at the same time so important within a single soul and a single person. We need to understand that our values, our thoughts, and our emotions must be the most important thing to live together, first in individuality and later with society. Being two different concepts, we must be able to unify them for us, leading them to reconcile in our critical thinking that we have been and continue to develop. Therefore, take the time to find peace in your soul, find the time to know how to answer the question, what do I really want? How can I do it? Because the ethics, morals, and your emotional stability depend on you.
